DELIVERY INFORMATION
To guarantee you a quick delivery of your order, the Camomilla Italia store relies on the best express couriers selected according to the destination region and the type of product.
The prices indicated in the "Countries and costs" section are an estimate and may vary depending on the size of the box and the quantity; of products purchased. The final shipping costs will appear in the cart and will be charged to you along with the cost of your order at checkout.
Nothing will be; due to the courier upon delivery of your package.
Shipments to the UK for orders over 135 ₤ will be subject to customs duties.
For deliveries by December 24th, orders must be placed by December 16th.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and prepared by our warehouse from 9 to 17 from Monday; to Friday;. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday; they will be prepared the following Monday.
We inform you that orders from new users may exceptionally have slightly longer shipping times; long in case of any necessary checks on the order.
We cannot guarantee that it will be possible to change orders that have been paid for and entered our system, as their processing will be automated.

To check information relating to an order, log into your account and click on My Orders. Click on the order number to view the details.
&you can view the status of your order from the "My orders" section. After shipment you will receive a tracking number with which you can monitor and follow the status of your shipment.
If you placed your order without registering:

DELIVERY TIME
Orders shipped in Italy are delivered within 3/4 working days.
Orders shipped to the rest of the European Union take about 5/6 working days.
Orders shipped all over the world are delivered in about 6/7 working days (excluding any delays at customs).
For deliveries by December 24th, orders must be placed by December 16th.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
Within the European Union
There are no additional costs or duties on products marketed in countries within the European Union. Customers will not have to pay anything on delivery.
Non-EU countries
